Tlacotepec Amethyst 154.7g & 13.5cm

This Amethyst specimen is from Tlacotepec in Guerrero, Mexico. It is very similar to the famous Guerrero Amethyst found in Amatitlan, Guerrero in Mexico.  They're both reddish purple amethyst with phantom gradient colours & exceptionally gemmy.

The difference is that Amatitlan amethyst has long tapered-laser shape cluster points while Tlacotepec amethyst has chunkier points that have general floral formation.

Tlacotepec amethyst is a new find that is super juicy with rich colours with mesmerising phantoms.
