- Select your preferred payment method. Current options are:

- Credit Card - Visa & Mastercard
- Touch n Go eWallet (TnG)
- GrabPay eWallet

Note: For Customers based in Singapore, please choose Visa/Mastercard/ApplePay/GooglePay only.
4. Click 'Place order now'.
IMPORTANT: If you are making payment with TnG and FPX,
- Please Input Order ID number/IG Handle as reference. [Order ID is on top of the webpage]. Save proof of payment/bank-in slip.
- Attach proof of payment/bank-in slip on EasyStore. Click 'Submit'.
If in doubt, please DM us directly on our Instagram account @thecrystalplayground.
For claims via IG (DM/Live/Feed/Story) or incomplete purchase via Webstore, payment is required within 24 hours to secure purchase(s), failing which the item(s) will be released without any notice and made available for sale at the shop again.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Currently our Webstore is enabled to process orders for customers based in Malaysia & Singapore only.
If you are based internationally outside of these countries, please reach out to us via DM on Instagram at our handle @thecrystalplayground & provide details such as the screenshot of the item(s) you would like to purchase, your mobile number, email address & full shipping address.
Payment is via Stripe only, our preferred international payment gateway partner. Payment link will be provided and you can choose to pay via Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay and/or Google Pay. Transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM, also MYR).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Failure to complete any of the payment requirements above (where applicable) may lead to incomplete purchase and non-shipping. Item(s) in the cart will be released if unpaid within period stipulated by thecrystalplayground and at their discretion.
Shipping
Local Shipping Fees
West Malaysia (WM) - RM10 per kg or part thereof.
East Malaysia (EM) - RM15 per kg or part thereof.
Outside Malaysia Shipping Fees
Singapore - RM80 fixed flat rate.
Other Countries - Please enquire via DM at our Instagram account @thecrystalplayground.
Free Shipping: Local shipping fees are free for purchases of at least RM200 for first kg only. Free shipping applies to Singapore purchases of at least RM2,000.
International Shipping: For shipping outside Malaysia, please reach out to us via DM on Instagram to enquire shipping estimates before comitting to a purchase. We will require details such as item(s) you would like to purchase & your full shipping address to be able to provide estimates of shipping fees.

Shipment Tracking
Your parcel Tracking Number will be sent to your email when your purchase has been dropped with our courier partner. This should be ready within 3 business days from payment date, unless advised otherwise.
